Onco-Hospital Medicine Conference: A Multidisciplinary Approach to the Care of Hospitalized Patients with Cancer

1. Apply current treatment guidelines and recommendations to provide early and appropriate care for the hospitalized patient with cancer
2. Incorporate new knowledge in identifying cancer-specific medical issues in hospitalized patients with cancer
3. Appropriately identify, assess and manage toxicities and lasting effects of cancer therapy
4. Illustrate the multidisciplinary approach in the hospital-based care of the complex cancer patient.
