All individuals in a position to control the educational content of a certified continuing education (CE) activity, including faculty, planners, reviewers, are required to disclose all financial relationships with ineligible companies within the prior 24 months. There is no minimum financial threshold. An ineligible company is any entity whose primary business is producing, marketing, selling, re-selling, or distributing healthcare products used on or by patients.
