Overview

The SOAP (Surgical Oncology Advanced Practitioner) Conference aims to foster collaboration and share best practices among Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) in surgical oncology. The program is dedicated to presenting the latest evidence on the diagnosis, prognosis, and treatment of solid tumor malignancies, and enhancing multi-disciplinary management for medical professionals involved in patient care and clinical research.

The 5th SOAP Conference in 2025 will build on previous successes by continuing to provide a valuable educational and training platform for APPs to enhance their professional development through learning from peers and advancing their knowledge in surgical oncology.

The 5th Surgical Oncology Advanced Practitioner Conference registration opens at 12 PM on Thursday, April 24, 2025 and adjourns at 5:30 PM, Saturday, April 26, 2025. 

The welcome reception is scheduled for Friday, April 25, 2025 at the Armadillo Palace at 6 PM immediately after the conference adjourns.  Transportation will be provided.

When registering online a receipt (confirmation letter) will be automatically emailed to the e-mail address you list on the on-line registration form.  Once your payment has been made, a receipt can be found in the MyCE tab of your PEP@MD Anderson account.

Refund/Cancellation Policy
The registration fee, minus a $50.00 administration-handling fee, is refundable if a written request is received on or before Friday, March 28, 2025.  No refunds will be granted after these dates. The request for a registration refund must include the tax identification number of the company or institution if registration was paid by a company or institution check.

The Department of Continuing Professional Education (CPE) reserves the right to cancel activities prior to the scheduled date, if low enrollment or other circumstances make it necessary.  Each registrant will be notified by mail, e-mail, or at the phone or fax numbers given on the registration form.  In case of activity cancellation, the liability of the Department of Continuing Professional Education, is limited to the registration fee. CPE will refund the full registration fee.

The Department of Continuing Professional Education, reserves the right to limit the number of participants in a program and is not responsible for any expenses incurred by an individual whose registration is not confirmed and for whom space is not available.
