Overview
This activity emphasizes the integration of novel therapies and diagnostic tools into clinical practice, including liquid biopsy, ctDNA, and MRD monitoring for inflammatory breast cancer (IBC). It also explores DDR-targeted strategies, CAR-T therapy limitations, and the role of T-cell receptor and vaccine-based immunotherapies. Experts will highlight interdisciplinary collaboration, including the roles of nurse navigators, advanced practice providers, and social workers.

Objectives
At the conclusion of this activity, learners will be able to:

  1. Evaluate and apply DDR-targeted and CAR-T strategies in the treatment of advanced breast cancer.
  2. Incorporate ctDNA and MRD monitoring into clinical decision-making for advanced breast cancer patients.
  3. Identify and manage emerging toxicities associated with novel therapies in advanced breast cancercare.
  4. Integrate immunotherapy and vaccine-based approaches into treatment plans for oligometastatic and inflammatory breast cancer.
  5. Enhance interdisciplinary collaboration, including the roles of social workers, advanced practice providers, and nurse navigators to improve patient outcomes.

Refund/Cancellation Policy The registration fee, minus a $15.00 administration-handling fee, is refundable if a written request is received on or before Thursday, Jan. 29, 2026.  No refunds will be granted after these dates. Participant completion data will be shared with and transmitted to the ACCME on the participant’s behalf.  In order to receive MOC points, you must pass the post-test with a score of 70% or higher.
