Overview
This on-demand activity is designed for healthcare professionals, focusing on raising awareness about sepsis, early detection, and managing infections in cancer patients. Its primary aim is to equip healthcare providers with practical knowledge to effectively recognize and manage infections, including sepsis, in their practice.

Objectives
At the conclusion of this activity, learners will be able to:

  1. Examine patients at risk of developing sepsis.
  2. Recognize early signs and symptoms of sepsis.
  3. Identify care measures to prevent sepsis.
  4. Identify measures to prevent and manage infection.
  5. Identify stages of the sepsis continuum.
