This activity is a forum to address identified and perceived practice gaps within the department of Anesthesiology & Perioperative Medicine. 

1. Incorporate the Enhanced Recovery after Surgery principles into our everyday practice and assimilate the input of other professionals into a total package.
2. Incorporate the career objectives of new providers into daily workflow.
3. Identify and interpret practice-based and systems-based areas of improvement.
4. Apply, utilize and incorporate wellness, faculty health and stress reduction into daily practice.
