Overview

Immune Effector Cell (IEC) Therapy Toxicity Assessment and Management, also known as CARTOX, including T cells and natural killer cells, which are genetically engineered to express a chimeric antigen receptor (CAR), constitute a powerful new class of therapeutic agents to treat patients with hematologic malignancies.  

This series is the only essential platform which all providers of IEC therapy participate in to learn the most critical treatment guidelines, regulatory requirements, newest development, issues identified and corrective action plans implemented.



Objective(s): 1 Utilize the current IEC treatment guidelines and, most agreed upon, good practices. 2 Assess patient cases and their outcomes. 3 Identify the development trend of IEC therapy and new modalities emerging for clinical studies. 4 Identify common issues and implement corrective plans.
