Overview
The ECHO(Extension for Community Healthcare Outcomes) Survivorship Program embraces a holistic approach to learning and implementation. It leverages both didactic and case-based learning methodologies to provide clinicians with a well-rounded educational experience. Didactic sessions offer theoretical knowledge and evidence-based insights, ensuring that clinicians are well-versed in the latest developments in cancer survivorship care. Case-based learning, on the other hand, brings real-world scenarios into the equation, enabling participants to apply their newfound knowledge to practical situations they may encounter in their day-to-day practice.

Objectives
At the conclusion of this activity, learners will be able to:

  1. Improve the quality of life for those diagnosed with cancer through further enhancing or providing educational resources to healthcare providers.
  2. Identify the phases, current trends, models of care, and evidence-based practices of cancer survivorship in order to reduce the long-term sequelae of cancer treatments.
  3. Discuss awareness of the options in both clinical and psychosocial treatment of cancer patients.
  4. Identify current trends in oncology intended to reduce long-term sequelae of cancer treatment.

Registration
This is a closed series,  it is invitation only.
