  1. Review the latest evidence-based guidelines in critical care medicine
  2. Recognize the unique contributions of different healthcare professionals in critical care management
  3. Address strategies for delivering difficult news to patients' families
  4. Discuss strategies for optimizing teamwork, role allocation, and coordination in critical care settings
