This multidisciplinary research lecture series will present both clinical and non-clinical content that will include new advancements, evidence-based practices, and ethical considerations that will assist in managing outcomes of critically ill patients.

1. Review the latest evidence-based guidelines in critical care medicine
2. Recognize the unique contributions of different healthcare professionals in critical care management
3. Address strategies for delivering difficult news to patients' families
4. Discuss strategies for optimizing teamwork, role allocation, and coordination in critical care settings
