Overview
This learning activity will discuss current immunotherapy used to treat non-small cell lung cancer and explore nursing management of side effects.


Objectives
At the conclusion of this activity, learners will be able to:

  1. Recall at least two FDA approved Immunotherapy agents for non small cell lung cancer.
  2. Verbalize the most common side effects of immunotherapy.
  3. Identify at least three patient education resources for immunotherapy treatment.

REQUIREMENTS FOR SUCCESSFUL COMPLETION:

To receive 1.00 nursing contact hours for this activity, the participant must: 

•Create an account in the Professional Education Portal (PEP) and save your Mobile Number to your PEP account if not already done. 
•Register for this activity.
•During activity, TEXT your attendance to 1-844-912-1333 and up to 24 hrs after the course has ended using the Activity ID provided by the Facilitator during program.
•Complete a participant evaluation in PEP, under the MyCE tab, within 30 consecutive days of the learning activity where you will also have immediate access to your Certificate.
