Overview

The program provides resources to enhance the nurse's knowledge of Oncology related diseases and symptom management in preparation to take the Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN) Certification Exam.


Objectives
At the conclusion of this activity, learners will be able to:

  1. Discuss the symptom management strategies for oncology patients, including patient education.
  2. Identify resources needed to successfully complete the OCN certification exam.

The Oncology Certification Nurse (OCN) Review will begin at 8:00 am on Thursday, March 6, 2025, and will adjourn at 4:30 pm on Friday, March 7, 2025.

Telephone registrations are not accepted.

Method of payment: Credit Cards Only - When registering online a receipt (confirmation letter) will be automatically emailed to the e-mail address you list on the registration.

REQUIREMENTS FOR SUCCESSFUL COMPLETION:

To receive Nursing Contact Hour (s) for this activity, the participant must: 

•Create an account in the Professional Education Portal (PEP) and save your Mobile Number to your PEP account if not already done. 

•Register for this activity.

•During activity, TEXT your attendance to 1-844-912-1333 and up to 24 hrs after the course has ended using the Activity ID provided by the Facilitator during program.

•Must attend entire activity from start to end time.

•Complete a participant evaluation in PEP, under the MyCE tab, within 30 consecutive days of the learning activity where you will also have immediate access to your Certificate.
