The goal of the Pathology and Laboratory Medicine Grand Rounds is to provide regularly scheduled lectures in which experts in the field speakers will present timely relevant topics in the field of Pathology. The series will provide updates in the diagnosis and treatment of various diseases, as well as relevant medical research findings which ultimately will improve the patients' outcome.

1. Apply appropriate immunohistochemistry for tumor diagnosis and prognosis.
2. Implement changes in laboratory work flow for rapid turnaround times for molecular diagnostics, clinical trials and patient care.
3. Provide appropriate diagnostic information on specific tumor types.
4. Provide appropriate use of blood products to attending physicians.
5. Utilize appropriate molecular testing in surgical pathology cases.

This is a closed, invitation only series.
