Overview
This series is designed to change cancer hospitalization outcomes, optimize transitions in care, treatment of immune-related toxicities and assess outcomes research, co-morbidity and supportive care in cancer while enhancing research collaborations. This series is also designed to improve safety and quality of care of hospitalized patients by developing QI initiatives and metrics.

Objectives
At the conclusion of this activity, learners will be able to:

  1. Apply multidisciplinary consensus guidelines in diagnosis and treatment of hospitalized cancer patients
  2. Demonstrate best practice outcomes via case studies of patients with complicated medical issues
  3. Implement multidisciplinary treatment recommended for the hospitalized patient with complicated medical problems related to cancer
