Overview
This activity is designed to provide a comprehensive understanding of anesthesiology and perioperative medicine, with a strong emphasis on interprofessional patient-centered care. Perioperative medicine encompasses the care provided to patients from the time they are scheduled for a surgical procedure through their recovery and discharge

Objectives
At the conclusion of this activity, learners will be able to:

  1. Develop and implement initiatives to improve the work-life balance of anesthesiologists and perioperative medicine professionals, with a focus on reducing burnout and enhancing well-being
  2. Integrate up-to-date, latest advancements, guidelines, and best practices in the anesthesiology and perioperative environments.
