This series is targeted to the Houston area locations (HALs) for healthcare professionals to stay updated on the latest advancements, protocols, and emerging research related to clinical trials in radiation oncology

1. • Develop the skills to effectively identify eligible patients and assess the criteria for enrollment in clinical trials in the HAL locations.
2. • Develop effective communication skills to convey the benefits and significance of clinical trials to patients and healthcare professionals in the HALs.
3. • Acquire the knowledge and skills necessary to employ evidence-based interventions and management approaches to mitigate, prevent, or appropriately manage side effects and complications associated with clinical trial interventions.
4. • Apply evidence-based principles to inform clinical decision-making and contribute to the advancement of radiation oncology practice.
