Overview
The GU Proton Therapy Webinar is one of the Particle Therapy Institute Educational Series, held to cover aspects of planning and delivery of proton therapy to GU Cancers. Based on the recent research and clinical practice this webinar will focus on the treatment of Genitourinary cancers at the Proton therapy Center. This event will feature presentations and discussions by MD Anderson world-leading experts in the field.

Objectives
At the conclusion of this activity, learners will be able to:

  1. Learn the Phase III randomized trial outcomes with MR-guidance vs. CT-guidance radiation.
  2. Assess the advantages and disadvantages of MRI treatment planning.
  3. Learn the role of dose perturbation with fiducial markers in the management of Prostate cancers.
  4. Compare and contrast Hypofractionated and Standard Fractionation.
  5. Discuss outcomes of hypofractionation data and QOL data.
  6. Discuss BED and development of SBPT treatments in GU cancers with PTC2.
