This weekly series will focus specifically on the care provided by Internal Medicine to our cancer patients.  

1. Demonstrate knowledge of a broad range of Onco-Internal Medicine complications that result from cancer therapies and improve the internal medicine care of our cancer patients and survivors.
2. Anticipate complications and apply for preventative therapies to address internal medicine problems in cancer patients and survivors.
3. Apply the information that is presented to develop novel strategies for preventing internal medicine complications.
4. Utilize collaborative opportunities with colleagues at MD Anderson and with other institutions to develop initiatives that will advance the internal medicine care of cancer patients and survivors.
