Overview

The complexity of healthcare institutions – and the dynamic nature of the healthcare industry – requires executives in healthcare to have the organizational insight, leadership capability and business acumen necessary to lead such demanding enterprises. This program is designed to ensure they do – covering critical topics including leadership, healthcare strategy, financial decision-making and reporting, innovation in healthcare organizations, operations and improvement, and change management.

The Executive Leadership in Healthcare program brings together internationally renowned business school faculty, leaders in medicine and seasoned healthcare executives to provide evidence-based insights for leading tomorrow’s healthcare institutions.


Objectives
At the conclusion of this activity, learners will be able to:

  1. Increase competencies of healthcare executives in the domains of strategy, leadership, operations, finance, innovation and change management;
  2. Expand interdisciplinary connections among healthcare executives to build upon the diverse skillsets represented; and
